- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red onion - 1/4, finely chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Avocado - 1 small, diced

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the tofu pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated tofu, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy on all sides.
- Warm the corn tortillas in another skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the crispy tofu in the tortillas and topping with chopped cilantro, red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado.
