Steps
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with sea salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes (if using), and cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
