  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced (for serving)

Steps

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with sea salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes (if using), and cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. Drizzle the fresh lime juice over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
