  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon

  • Lime - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
