  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or queso fresco) - 100g
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Wash and slice the zucchini into small rounds or half-moons.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
