  • Cinnamon stick - 1
  • Clove - 2
  • Anise seed - 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Almond milk (or any plant-based milk) - 200 ml

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the ground coffee and stir well. Let it boil for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the piloncillo, cinnamon stick, clove, and anise seed to the saucepan.
