  • Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, water, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir to dissolve the sugar completely.
  2. Add the raw peanuts to the saucepan and stir to coat them evenly with the sugar mixture.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for about 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly until the liquid thickens and crystallizes around the peanuts.
