  • Refried beans - 100 grams
  • Tortillas - 2 large
  • Shredded lettuce - 1 cup
  • Diced tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  • Avocado - 1/2, sliced
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until the spices are well combined with the meat.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  7. Spread 50 grams of refried beans onto each tortilla, followed by the beef mixture.
  8. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices.
  9. Drizzle with sour cream and wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling.
  10. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
