  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2
  • Avocado - 1 (sliced)
  • Tomato - 1 (sliced)
  • Lettuce leaves - 2

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, mashed black beans, shredded queso Oaxaca, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
