- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Flour (whole wheat or gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for cooking)

Steps
- Rinse and cook quinoa according to package instructions, then let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth but still chunky.
