- smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- whole wheat breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- burger buns - 2
- avocado - 1, sliced
- tomato - 1, sliced
- lettuce leaves - 2
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, cooked quinoa, red onion, garlic, cilantro, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mash the mixture with a fork or potato masher until well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Stir in the whole wheat breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together.
