  • Burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Hot sauce - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chorizo, ground beef, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and browned.
