- Burger buns - 2 (whole wheat recommended)
- Avocado - 1 (sliced)

- Vegan yogurt - 2 tablespoons (optional for crema)

Steps
- In a bowl, mash the cooked beetroot and black beans together until well combined.
- Add the rolled oats, chopped red onion, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, and salt to the mixture and mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
