Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground halal beef with barbacoa seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. While the patties are cooking, slice the avocado and chop the cilantro.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
