- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Water - 100 ml

Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the whipped egg whites, adding water as needed to create a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry the bunuelos until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar before serving.
