- Cilantro - 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Lime - 1 (juiced)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water, then combine it with 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed and quinoa is fluffy.
