Steps
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Slice the zucchini into 1 cm thick rounds and place them in a bowl.

- Grill the zucchini rounds for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have grill marks.
- While the zucchini is grilling, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.
- Assemble the bocadillos by placing grilled zucchini on one half of each tortilla.
- Top with slices of avocado, tomato, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
- Fold the tortillas over and serve with lime wedges on the side.
