- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced

Steps
- Slice the beef steak into thin strips against the grain.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and jalapeño to the skillet. Sauté for about 3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through.
