- Almond flour - 50 grams

- Barbacoa beef - 200 grams, cooked and shredded
- Low-carb pizza sauce - 100 grams
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Avocado - 50 grams, sliced
- Lime - 1, juiced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well and let it cool.
- In a food processor, combine the steamed cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Blend until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the barbacoa beef by shredding it if not pre-shredded.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the low-carb pizza sauce evenly over it.
