- Refried black beans - 200 grams
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Queso fresco - 50 grams, crumbled
- Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Hot sauce - to taste
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a soft dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into four equal balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle (about 20 cm in diameter) on a floured surface.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Keep warm in a towel.
- In the same skillet, heat the refried black beans until warm, stirring occasionally.
- To assemble, spread a generous spoonful of refried beans on each tortilla, then top with sliced avocado, crumbled queso fresco, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce if desired. Fold the tortilla in half and serve immediately.
