Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 200 grams
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Refried black beans - 200 grams
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Queso fresco - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Hot sauce - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a soft dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Keep warm in a towel.
  4. In the same skillet, heat the refried black beans until warm, stirring occasionally.
  5. To assemble, spread a generous spoonful of refried beans on each tortilla, then top with sliced avocado, crumbled queso fresco, and chopped cilantro.
  6. Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce if desired. Fold the tortilla in half and serve immediately.
