  • Eggs - 4 large

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the cream cheese and 1 egg to the mixture, and stir until well combined to form a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal portions and flatten each into a round tortilla shape.
