  • Black beans (cooked and mashed) - 1 cup
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado - 1/2, sliced
  • Queso fresco - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt, egg, and water. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a thin circle (about 1/4 inch thick).
