  • Cooked black beans - 100 grams
  • Chorizo (lean) - 50 grams
  • Diced tomatoes (canned or fresh) - 50 grams
  • Red onion (finely chopped) - 30 grams
  • Jalapeño (finely chopped, optional) - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chorizo. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
