- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped red onion and minced garlic until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the top to crisp slightly.
