Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips - 100 grams
  • Shredded kosher cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) - 100 grams
  • Canned black beans (drained and rinsed) - 100 grams
  • Diced tomatoes (fresh or canned) - 100 grams
  • Sliced jalapeños - 30 grams
  • Chopped fresh cilantro - 15 grams
  • Avocado - 1 small
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Kosher salt - to taste
  • Sour cream (optional) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chips, followed by the black beans and diced tomatoes.
  4. Add the sliced jalapeños on top, and season with kosher salt to taste.
