- Egg - 1 large

- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Jalapeño - 1 small, sliced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a pizza base, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, mash the avocados in a bowl and mix in lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Once the crust is done, spread the avocado mixture evenly over the baked crust.
