- Pinch of salt - 1
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine the masa harina and 200 ml of milk, whisking until smooth to create a slurry.
- Add the remaining 300 ml of milk to the saucepan and place it over medium heat.
- While continuously whisking, bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the dark chocolate, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan.
- Continue to whisk until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
