- Red bell pepper (diced) - 1/2
- Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Lime (juiced) - 1

Steps
- In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
