Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Psyllium husk powder - 2 tablespoons

  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
  4. Place a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface, and flatten one ball of dough with your hands.
  5. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, and cook the tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cooked through.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls, keeping the cooked tortillas warm in a clean cloth.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite low-carb fillings.
