- Bacon - 100 grams, cut into small pieces
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Corn tortillas - 4, for serving
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the beef cubes, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

- After marinating, thread the beef, bacon, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between the ingredients.

- While the skewers are grilling, warm the corn tortillas on a separate pan or grill.
- Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the skewers with warm tortillas and garnish with fresh cilantro.
