Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the fresh shrimp and lime juice, ensuring the shrimp is fully submerged. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes or until the shrimp turns opaque.
  2. While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the vegetables: slice the cucumber, red onion, and dice the avocado.
