- Raw shrimp - 300 grams, peeled and deveined
- Lime juice - 60 ml (about 4 limes)
- Cucumber - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Avocado - 1 medium, diced
- Jalapeño pepper - 1 small, finely chopped
- Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the raw shrimp and lime juice, ensuring the shrimp is well-coated. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes until the shrimp turns opaque.
