Ingredients

  • Walnuts - 60g
  • Pistachios - 60g
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Zaatar spice blend - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, and pistachios.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the nuts and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Add zaatar, salt, and black pepper to the nuts and mix well to ensure all nuts are seasoned.
