- Zaatar spice blend - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, zaatar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them well to coat evenly with the zaatar mixture.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
