  • Zaatar spice mix - 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, zaatar spice mix, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
