Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 400 grams

  • Zaatar spice blend - 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, zaatar spice blend, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

  5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
