- Button mushrooms - 200 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Steps
- Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and button mushrooms.
