- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic cloves - 2, minced
- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Tahini - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
