- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large, beaten
- Olive oil - for frying
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, carrot, potato, green onion, parsley, and minced garlic.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin to the vegetable mixture, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the vegetable mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
