Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 150 grams, grated

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • All-purpose flour - 50 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large, beaten
  • Olive oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, carrot, potato, green onion, parsley, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin to the vegetable mixture, and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the vegetable mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
