- Romaine lettuce - 100 grams, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
- Radishes - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper (any color) - 50 grams, diced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 20 grams, chopped
- Fresh mint - 10 grams, chopped
- Pita bread - 1 medium, cut into triangles
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Spread the pita bread triangles on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, tossing to coat. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
