Steps
- Drain and rinse the canned jackfruit, then use your hands or a fork to shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded jackfruit with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
