Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cucumber - 1 small, grated
  • Greek yogurt - 150 grams
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet and brush it with olive oil.
  4. Layer the sliced zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and red onion evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.
  6. In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
  7. Spread half of the tzatziki sauce over the pizza before baking.
