  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Pita bread - 2 pieces

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
  2. Add the tuna cubes to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. While the tuna is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning during grilling.

  5. Thread the marinated tuna cubes onto the soaked skewers.
  6. Grill the tuna skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
