- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Lettuce leaves - 4
- Tahini sauce - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and add them to the marinade, mixing well to coat. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
