  • Pita bread or burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 4
  • Tahini sauce - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and add them to the marinade, mixing well to coat. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
