- Pine nuts, toasted - 2 tablespoons (about 15g)
- Chickpeas, cooked - 1/2 cup (about 80g)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, mint, diced tomatoes, and cucumber.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until well combined.
- Spread the cooked chickpeas evenly over the pizza base.
- Top the pizza base with the tabbouleh mixture, spreading it out evenly.
