- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Tahini - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into burger-sized patties.
