- Whole wheat pita bread - 2 pieces

- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Yogurt - 100 grams

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the minced chicken, sumac, minced garlic, chopped onion, cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties.
