Ingredients

  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Whole wheat pita bread - 2 pieces
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced chicken, sumac, minced garlic, chopped onion, cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
