- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Water - 250 ml
- Fresh spinach - 150 grams, roughly chopped
- Long-grain rice - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
