Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 400 grams

  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the diced potatoes.
  3. Cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes, or until just tender but not mushy. Drain and set aside.
