- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Yogurt - 100 grams, for serving
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into sausage links or patties, about 5-7 cm in length.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the sausages and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the sausages are cooking, warm the pita bread in a separate pan or toaster until slightly crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the sausages from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
