  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Pita bread - 2 pieces
  • Yogurt - 100 grams, for serving

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into sausage links or patties, about 5-7 cm in length.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the sausages and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  4. While the sausages are cooking, warm the pita bread in a separate pan or toaster until slightly crispy.
  5. Once cooked, remove the sausages from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
