  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed lamb, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, olive oil, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well to ensure the lamb is evenly coated with the spices.

  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
